Weather

Windy. Variable directions, mostly southerly, though easterly and northerly at times. Mod-strong (can knock over a small person), especially on summit ridge Gusty at times even in sheltered near- and below treeline terrain. Wind speeds seemed to increase during the day. Warm, with increasing clouds. Few/scattered in AM to overcast late afternoon. Warm.

Snowpack

2-~6" of recent snow, moist or wet on all except due north by afternoon. Sitting on MF crust from before storm.

Avalanche

A few natural D1 Loose Wet avalanches from past few days, easterly slopes.
