Avalanche

I was skiing the North/Sentinel Chute on Berthoud Pass facing NW, upon making a left turn on a steeper aspect, I released a small slide (Approx R1 D1) but stayed above it. I continued skiing and made a ski cut further down and triggered another slab that spread to about a fifty foot crown and ran for 150 feet (Approx R2 D1.5). I was not caught. The trigger point for both slides was on steeper (>35 degrees) rockier terrain.
