Prevailing winds were from the SW Moderate to Intense. Surface winds variable, with evidence of swirling winds.
Snowpack
Snow depth was variable, areas of wind scouring had no snow, while loaded terrain features had upwards of 60cm. Snow surface was primarily a 1F wind slab with areas of P hardness. A field group who was in the terrain two days prior noted the surface was 4F to F hardness. Presence of persistent forms was variable across the terrain.
