Tour below TL on N to E facing aspects. snow from 1/11 is not bonded well to old snow interface. this interface consists of SH which was found on slopes facing N-NE 9000'-10,000' in elevations. Shovel tilt showed easy shear on SH layer(concern for next storm). Found old Pencil hard wind slabs in isolated areas in wind exposed terrain below TL on N-E aspects. Shooting cracks up to 20 feet in wind loaded terrain. Pit on NE aspect at 9800' 30 deg slope. HS 67. SH layer 10cm down from surface. Pencil hard slab sitting on top of 46 cm DH. Snowpack tests: CTV at Pencil slab/DH interface. ECTP 13 SC on same interface.
