Snowpack

6-8” settled powder. All Aspects Intermittent/isolated windboard 2-6” deep throughout, often low on slopes. No signs of instability under foot. Small cornice built on E above treeline. East Barkmarker seemed top and cross-loaded from SW winds. Mid-day S slopes slightly moist & sun crust not too bad. Wind kept the snow cooler than T & Solar would indicate.

Avalanche

Explosives/ski cuts in West terrain N/ATL produced no significant results, just one 4” soft slab. Explosives in East ATL produced a small pocket from a 6lb airblast just below ridgetop. 40-50cm deep 30’ wide ran 500’
