Snowpack

Saturday 5/21/11, Berthoud Pass. I didn't see it happen,due to poor visibility, but it looked like a fresh slide was triggered on the convex roll at the top of Lift Gully on the west side. It looked from tracks like a skier/boarder skied across the top, triggered the slide, but escaped to the side. It left a kind of upside down V-shaped crown, could not tell the height, and some debris down below for one to two hundred feet. It appeared to be just in the recent snow.=
