Wind slabs on west facing slopes. Try to avoid steep west facing slopes that are exposed to the sun. Clear wind loading on several west faces. 260 cm at 1,100 m with a thick crust layer at 160 cm. New snow seems to have bonded well with lower layers as seen through compression tests.
