Easy ridge/ Cornice Ridge Bowl

0- 20 cm of New snow on top of variable crust(crust is knife hard and very thick (10cm+) on some shaded aspects BTL, and faceted out significantly at TL/ALP on all aspects we travelled (breakable 2-5cm crust in most areas). Very low density new snow on Northern aspects. Significant impact by solar today on south aspects. By 11:30am the sun had already affected the top 6cm and by 3 all of the HST was moist. We had whomping at near the BTL/ TL transition when travelling up east ridge. Skiied NE/E aspects down.
