About 5cm of new snow on top of solar crust on approach. A lot of ski tracks on east aspect of the ridge. Existing ski tracks were firm but there are still some fresh lines to be had. Cornices on ridge are relatively small and well supported. Ski out to Bridal lake very firm and fast, crusty where untracked.
