Weather

light snow, temps in 20s, winds light, Southerly.

Snowpack

About 10" of new snow on the pass. Light wind transport happening above treeline from Southerly winds. All aspects except NW- E have a variety of stout crusts within the top meter of the snowpack, including what the new snow is sitting on. New snow not as well bonded on Solar aspects but problems limited to very localized cracks and collapses. I wouldn't trust the crusts with much more load or more pitch. North and East aspects have much fewer problematic layers in top meter and new snow is fairly well bonded. Skied a steep N aspect BTL, excellent skiing.
