Weather

25° at 12pm at 12,000’ with strong solar on S and E SE aspect of line but lots of N to ski. 12,300-8700’

Snowpack

Solid mid pack on N aspects in this prominent gully. North’s are sluffing big time, loose dry building steam and running to valley floor. Entraining all snow in the gully

Avalanche

Loose dry on all ski cuts and turns over 35°. This snow runs fast and picks up steam. Hit the valley floor size 2.5+. Even though it’s just 15-25cm surface snow moving I still thing it warrants 2,2,2 on steep NE,N,NW. I also observed on my exit numerous loose wet releasing above lower Conundrum Creek south facing cliffs.
