Weather

Cloud cover with light snow all day. Winds picked up in the afternoon. Pit was dug on a due south aspect off the burwell ridge (11400) north of bedrock creek.

Snowpack

We observed 1-2” of light fresh snow throughout the day sitting on a pencil hard sun baked crust. 110cm snow depth at the pit, 1 finger slab for most of the snowpack sitting on fist hard for the bottom 20cm

Avalanche

No avalanches, no whomphing, no cracking.
