Sunny with a light wind out of the south.
Snowpack
North facing couloir was in great shape with no signs of dangerous instability. Southern couloirs were soft but deep enough not to be worried about weak layer collapse. Spanish creek basin below 12,500 ft and on the exits of both southern couloirs were extremely volatile and loose wet slides were easily triggered. One in particular sloughed off approx 8 inches of surface snow and ran approx. 400 ft to the basin floor (no picture sorry)
