Snowpack
The snow surface was very firm starting at the top of Red Mountain Pass and windy conditions kept north and west facing slopes above treeline from softening before 11 am. Snow coverage at lower elevations continues to grow spotty and more and more creeks are opening up. Decent coverage above treeline on all but south slopes.
