Hiking and Trail Running Conditions

I enjoyed a pleasant sunny but windy day on the trail up Wind Tower. We encountered a few small patches of snow lingering on the upper part of the trail that are easily avoidable, however should you choose to cross them and loose your footing a fall would result in an unwanted ride into sharp rocks below. Looking around it appeared most trails in the area with a sunny aspect would be in similar condition, and trails on shady aspects would be holding more snow patches.
