Avalanche
The snowpack below treeline is sensitive and adjusting to the new load. Avalanches on NE facing terrain were around 2 feet deep and and were on slopes 35 degrees or steeper. We saw one small remotely triggered slide on a south aspect and looked to be about 14" deep and was triggered from about 100' away. This avalanche propagated about 200' wide but only a 40' wide section ran about 300 vertical feet. We observed small near surface facets sitting on a crust on southerly aspects below treeline.
