Weather

Light snow all day and moderate SW winds. Temps in the 20s, but felt much colder in the wind. 8"/0.85" at highway study plot, 21" HS. An additional 1" at 1430.

Snowpack

Numerous signs of instability with moderate to rumbling collapses (NE-E near TL) and moderate cracking (NE-E near TL). Less slabbing than expected. Ski test produced SS-ASc-D1.5 into old snow layers on a side loaded NW aspect below TL
