Avalanche

Natural avalanches observed from the Telluride Ski Area around 1500 hours approx. 11,000' ASL, West aspects. Several slides from D.5-D2 ran from below cliffbands on Little Wasatch from the apron of the "Hairy Banana" north to the runout of the Elevens. The largest of these (D2) ran through Waterfall Chute and buried the tracks of the parties that egressed through there earlier in the day. Est SSNR2D2I 3x600x750'
