Weather
Very warm. Increasing and thickening clouds throughout the day.
Snowpack
Wet snowpack top to bottom on all aspects below 9,000'. Liquid water was present around polycrystals with weak bonds between the grains, but thicker ice masses stayed frozen. The snowpack was wet, crunchy, and too weak to support body weight. Above ~9,000', shady slopes with fine-grained slabs in the upper snowpack are still holding the water (not draining through yet).
Avalanche
One new small full-depth wet slab on a steep feature with actively opening glide cracks and a few older small glide slab avalanches.
