Snowpack

Northerly facing below treeline sheltered areas were very talkative. Lost track of number of whumps heard ascending sheltered ridge back to Bears Point. Still saw shooting cracks in same terrain. Sunny aspects below TL have developed a surface crust.

Saw small old R1 D1 just below ridge line in trees NW of bears point.
