Weather

There was a temperature inversion observed when driving over the pass. Lower elevation had temps around 10-20F and upper temps were 20-30F.

Avalanche

Avalanches were in E-S-W aspects. East and south aspects were point releases. West aspects were cornice drops. Avalanche appeared to be in the latest storm layer. Sizes varied from D1-D2. All natural avalanches were below tree line. No natural avalanches observed at tree line or above tree line. When driving over Cameron Pass earlier in the day, no natural avalanches were observed.
