Reporting from a couple days ago. There will be 30+ cm new storm snow as of today. Lots of sled tracks everywhere, we noticed a couple slab avalanches up to size 1.5 on steep short slopes that may have been rider triggered over the previous days, no new during the day. These were in the most recent snow. Probed at 1900m, 205cm HS, 55cm of F/4F snow overlying the most recent rain crust. Skied to 1350m with reasonably good conditions in upper BTL, HS tapers to 100cm at this elevation with 30cm unconsolidated snow overlying the crust. There was a thin temperature crust felt on Easterly aspects in some areas, possibly from a quick blast of morning sun at some point in the previous days.
