After the recent storm we were expecting deeper snow, as well as more tricky avalanche conditions. We approach all the slopes carefully and went up mellow slopes thinking that was all we could ride. As we went up, we realized the snow wasn't as deep as we expected in most areas, it was a little colder then expected and the snow seemed to have bonded well everywhere we were, and looked. We saw no signs of natural avalanches. We rode mostly mellow slopes, with a couple well supported steeper runs. All in all a great day in the mountains.
