Camped close to Despair Pass on the Skyline Trail. Friday night/Saturday morning strong wind gusts from the south began. Winds continued throughout Saturday morning. Found approximately 10-15cm wind blown snow around the tent. Skied out through the valley to avoid wind slabs at higher elevations.

Witnessed avalanche debris on the slopes east above the Skyline Trail (the section leading from north to south towards Despair Pass). Avalanches most likely due to the storm earlier this week. Some of them had stopped on their own as terrain flattened out a little, others stopped in the dense trees. This trail should not be taken in riskier avalanche conditions.
