Granddaddy couloir

Went up to go and ski grand daddy couloir and found it to be full of very firm snow with some old debris. It will need a cycle and then some snow until it is ready to be skied again. We rode the fan beside it to salvage the day and had no signs if instability on assessment and the turns were good but not great, some wind crust, more than welcome experienced yesterday further north ok the hwy.
