Weather

Windy, very windy. Strong wind transport from the SW stripping alpine and at treeline. Out CR2 did not see one peak not getting stripped on the south or west side. May not have created big wind slabs as winds looked to be 25mph+, but certainly there. Even below treeline wind was quite noticeable.

Avalanche

A couple natural avalanches seen on E and SE facing alpine terrain, in the D1 to D2 category depending on terrain. Most seemed to be caused from wind events. Unsure if these happened on 1/14 prior to today.
