Caribou Basin

15-20cm of recent, quickly settling snow sat over a supportive crust, making for quick travel and okay turns. Most aspects became moist in the afternoon with dry snow remaining in the shade. Old icy avalanche debris blocked the way up the Brewster FSR (so we accessed another way) but we found no evidence of instability or recent avalanche activity besides some pinwheeling and very small loose wet out of steep solar aspects.
