Noseeum Creek

Notable wind and snowfall during approach to the head wall. Our group of three observed a naturally triggered avalanche on a SE facing couloir, most likely a windslab release on the solar aspect overhead. We turned around and went to crowfoot glades where the snow quality was excellent in the trees. We also heard a large avalanche while at crowfoot.
