<p>While climbing the first pitch of Shades of Beauty winds started to pick up drastically. An avalanche came from above (climbers right) and over the cliff. The avalanche moved some small debris and continued for about 100m below the cliff. It was difficult to judge the actual size but approx 1-1.5. We bailed quickly and moved to the trees where 5 min later a second avalanche came down closer to climbers right (approx same size) and ran almost to the bottom of the gully. Once at the bottom near the creek bed we saw a third avalanche to the left of the climb (in the larger gully) but could not see the size or how fall it ran. </p>
