Essentially everything we rode on NW-NE slopes has shed the March 12 snow and turned everything into a rubble field. In areas sheltered from yesterdays sun there was still sluff and slabs that had shed from overhead washing out any of the steeper trees. As we descended lower the cutblocks were filled with rubble piles 1.5 m high from the ridgeline 100 m overhead. In short, it’s kinda cooked out there.
