Rummel Lake cornice collapse

Cornice collapse above Rummel lake NW aspect cleaned out a number of steep chutes and gained enough mass to cross 2/3 of the lake, stopping 20m from old snowshoe trails in a large debris fan. It also displaced the lake ice up to 3 feet forcing water to overflow the outlet and collapse the outlet snow bridges. Many other much larger cornice induced avalanches in the area up to size 3 similar aspects.
