Warm temperatures at Hasler were making the upper snowpack heavy. At ridge crests, moderate southerly winds were loading northerly slopes. With no Alpine visibility we decided to stay at Tree Line. We found deep pockets on small rolling features and avoided slopes where we couldn't see the overhead hazard.
