Avalanche in Kokanee Bowl.

Several Size 1 observed in highway bowl and on Montana ridge on NW, N and NE aspects. Skier in our group triggered a 1.5 when doing a ski cut at the top of a wind loaded slope from the southwestern ridge of Kokanee bowl (NW aspect). Skier managed to get out to the side of the slide and avoid going down. One snowboarder went down a less wind loaded area on the same ridge without triggering. Several skiers were seen skiing the middle of the bowl (E-SE aspect) without triggering. It appears the storm slab has not yet settled and is still sensitive on lee aspects.
