Hiked up to crowe and decided to ski a mellow SE aspect in-between crowe and Neptune because we had a first time skier with us (he's hooked now) We dug a pit on a SE aspect at 2025m. This particular spot showed signs of wind loading with a total depth of about 180cm. We observed a fracture in our test results at ECT 35. The failing layer composition was compromised of facets.
