Went out to Fraser chutes Friday March 1. Snow quality was okay, powder in the trees but very wind affected in the alpine. We climbed to the top of the chutes and heard a very loud whumph so we decided to head over to a more mellow chute and go down. We heard another two whumphs as we were descending. Called it a day after that
