Skied Tunnel area March 4-5th. 20-30cm new snow on Monday. Moderate W winds overnight and most of tuesday. Dug a quick pit on the 5th on skiers right of Slide Side run (treed area). Elevation 1950m. CTE6, down 15cm (Sudden planar), CTM13 down 38cm (SP), Ctm17 down 78cm. Also heard 2 whumfs. Sketchy. Then decided to stay very conservative and ski lower angled terrain. Also observed a major crown at the base of racecar rocks 150-200m wide. Sunnyside was skiing fabulous. Stay safe out there
