Great conditions in the alpine near Atlin right now. Group of Burdette dwellers spent a few days exploring and skiing a variety of lines from the cabin. On April 9 & 10 we travelled a lot of terrain and worked our way from low angle saddle lines to steep north facing chutes and encountered no signs of instabilities or recent avalanche activity. Probed 100+ at cabin and 150 on a lee slopes. A sun crust may be encountered in valley bottoms but snow above 1500m improved greatly.
