Wow that was terrible. We probed 40-70 cm, but its worth noting there are some complete bare spots where the wind has taken everything! Travel was fast on established skin tracks, but the skiing was traumatizing. We didnt do much skiing and instead practiced some rescue scenarios. We did see some some sudden collapses, and heard the occasional drum like noises in sheltered areas.
