Good day out there, superb snow quality above 1000m with 10+cm of cold, dry snow overlaying the previous days storm snow. Below 1000m varying surfaces of melt freeze crusts and unconsolidated snow on top of wet, heavy and grabby snow.

No dogs 1160m E asp CT 15 SC down 40cm on MF CT 17 SC down 40cm on MF Top of cats 1180 m W asp CT 20 SP down 45cm on needles and rimed stellars 2-3mm CT 20 SP down 45cm on needles and rimed stellars 2-3mm Obvious density change here Snow above this layer is 1F and this 1-2cm thick layer is 4F.
