Cloudy and Snowing. Temp at the top of Cinch Express was 15F. Windy above treeline (don't know how strong).

Snowpack

Below tree line. 5" of new snow on top of 1.5" of sun crust. While cutting the back of an isolation block and trying to break through the sun crust for a shovel sheer test on a 25 degree West slope the block broke free a little over 1 meter down. It was a clean break. No compression of the snow with 10 hits from the sholder on an earlier test block.
