Weather

Blue bird with now wind to speak of. High in the low 30's.

Snowpack

HS 100cm to 140cm. 3 main layers in snow pack. Bottom 30cm hollow sugar F hardness. Middle 40cm 4 finger hardness rounding FC. Upper 30+cm storm snow. Only one small collaspe and one crack on a steep creek bank. No other signs noted.

Avalanche

Many R2/D2 through R4/D2 slides noted on N through E aspects. Many slide hit the road and beyond. All slides looked to be 2 to 4 days old. Lots of snow still hanging in start zones with massive wind pillows formed on lee ridge sides.
