Warm temperatures and moderate winds observed. Clouds increased and winds pick up during the day.

Snowpack

Surface hoar covered the snowpack in the morning. Throughout the day warm temperatures and winds damaged the crystals on exposed slopes. Saturdays storm totals were around 3 inches with a bit more at higher elevations. Warm temperatures were settling the snowpack. Southerly aspects remain firm under the new snow, while protected northerlies stay dry. Some rollerballing was observed off steep cliff bands in the afternoon. No other noted Loose Wet activity. Southwest winds lightly loaded northerly aspects.
