Weather
Mostly overcast, with winds picking up late morning. Gusts over 40 at ridgeline w only light loading because little snow available for transport. Banners off high peaks along divide in upper Taylor in AM; moving south and east until banners off most peaks along divide by early afternoon. HS 125 near treeline on NE slope. Sea of sastrugi higher up.
Snowpack
Pole tests showed consistent 80-130 cm HS in sheltered areas, with progressive resistance until about 40 cm above ground. Some hard Wind Slabs in exposed terrain but no obvious signs of sensitivity. But they're hard slabs.
