Weather
The weather was relatively warm and sunny, about 25 to 30 degrees, and very windy.
Snowpack
The snow at the slide was thin and consisted mostly of wind slab on top of hoar laying on the ground. A little west of the slide location where we spent the day skiing the snow was heavy wind slab on top sugar, we heard 2 very loud collapses throughout the day on out west/southwest facing aspect.
