A calm morning gave way to moderate winds from the SW in the afternoon forming a wind slab in exposed areas. At 2100 m we found 110 cm of snow. The November crust is down on the ground and 20 cm thick. We had no results from our snowpack tests. We felt comfortable sledding in runout zones and skiing a steep slope. We avoided slopes with wind affected snow. There are still lots of stumps and rocks to hit in all the unconsolidated snow.
