Fromme Trail Run

Great conditions for trail running. Very firm snow, foot pen 10-15cm on sunnier downhill sections. Dryish but still hard snow north facing at the summit (1185m) Everything else was rock solid. Good trail, well worn in and not even icy enough to need microspikes (though I'd recommend bringing them anyways); rubber lugs on my trail runners was fine. PB on the round trip up & down. Put on your running shoes and get out there!
