Beautiful day at Wilcox Pass, but our tour was cut short due to whumpfing and shooting cracks once we started to ascend the slope above the chairs. We did a highly unscientific pit test, which failed ~30 cm down on the first hit swinging from the elbow. Total snowpack we measured was about 135cm.
