Weather
Clear skies this morning gave way to some clouds in the afternoon. No precipitation and more sun than clouds. Temps felt cool when skies were mostly cloudy.
Snowpack
About 4 to 6 inches of recent snow on top of a variety of crusts. Areas of deeper drifts up to 2 feet deep. No signs of instability within recently drifted snow. We didn't travel on any sunny slopes but I would assume we would have been able to get some snow moving on very steep southerly slopes, as new snow became moist with intense April sun.
