Wind effected crust from the summit to about 1700m. Between 1550-1700m the sun & warm temps softened the snow to spring-like corn snow; made for some fun shreds 🤘 Pole-poked the snow to get a feel for the layers; two crusts layers were noted maybe from the weeks of Nov 1st & Nov 7th (potentially a mix of wind & melt-freeze). Observed lots of mini wet sluffs from cliff bands. Snow is thin at treeline, watch out for some tree branch slaps, it's hairy out there. Some bootpacking was required around 1150-1300m. Didn't have enough time to do a proper snow test, not even a hand shear, but I'll try next time 🤷🏻‍♀️
