Weather

Cloudy and moderate blowing snow at start of day. Windy gusts up to 20mph near 11,400', wind direction was hard to tract, mainly coming from the SW. Broken skies later in the after noon with light winds.

Snowpack

105cm depth on a S/SW aspect at 11,300. 55cm of new storm snow and wind deposit, on top of a 5mm crust. This sat on 10cm of 4finger facets then went right back to a 1F slabb to the base. CTE 11 on the crust layer and ECTN 16 RP Q2 same layer. Snow had a small 10mm wind slab in localized areas but was had not hard packed below tree line.
